- 0.5 cup Butter
- 0.5 cup leeks, diced
- 2 cup Hamakua mushrooms, cut into 1' pieces
- 1 cup clean pearl onions
- 2 cup barley
- 4 cup vegetable stock or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
- unit ground pepper to taste
- unit salt to taste
