- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pound panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- 2 quart canola oil
- header Katsu Sauce
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- pepper
- 4 dash Tabasco sauce
