- 0.5 cup Ham or Turkey, Minced
- 2 tablespoon Neutral Oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 Large Shallot, Diced
- 0.25 cup orange juice
- 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 can Cranberry Sauce
