- 5 ounce goatcheese
- 2 ounce dijon mustard
- 6 ounce grilled flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
- 4 ounce grilled or caramelized onions
- 2 ounce arugula leaves or other lettuce
- 1 sea salt and olive oil, to taste
