Ingredients  

  • 2 baguette pieces 6 inch long, split and toasted
  • 5 ounce goatcheese
  • 2 ounce dijon mustard
  • 6 ounce grilled flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
  • 4 ounce grilled or caramelized onions
  • 2 ounce arugula leaves or other lettuce
  • 1 sea salt and olive oil, to taste
