A quick and easy fresh fruit smoothie!

Ingredients  

  • 1 container (8 ounces) your favorite brand of yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced (pre frozen will give you a better smoothie)
  • 1 cup frozen fruit – think strawberries, blueberries or peaches
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
