  • 0.5 pound Fresh Ahi, steak or sashimi grade block
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Neutral Oil
  • 2 fluid ounce Ginger Scallion Sauce
  • 2 ounce Sweet Onion, Sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon shoyu
  • 0.25 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 0.125 teaspoon Hawaiian salt
