Grilled Chicken with Rhubarb

- 1 teaspoon fresh or dry thyme

- 2 cup fresh rhubarb diced 1/2" thick
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest, grated
- 0.5 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 shallots, minced or 1/2 cup minced onion
- 3 cup fresh strawberries quartered
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, sliced
