  • 0.5 cup dark rum
  • 0.5 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup passion fruit juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • unit coconut, macadamia or vanilla ice cream
  • unit crushed macadamia nut brittle or almond roca
