  • 2 pound pork ribs(cut into single ribs)
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup shoyu
  • 6 clove garlic(peeled and chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
