Grilled Zucchini with Lemon & Herb Marinade
A delicious Lemon, Herb and Garlic marinade for grilled zucchini. Other veggies like bell peppers and onion would also be great with this marinade.

- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic (3 cloves), finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon fresh basil leaves or parsley, chopped
