Ingredients  

  • 4 cup buttermilk pancake mix
  • 0.5 cup cornmeal
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2.5 cup ham, diced into small pieces (about 8 oz.)
  • 2.5 cup cheddar cheese, grated (about 7 oz)
  • 0.5 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1.5 cup butter, melted
  • unit cheddar cheese, grated, as needed
