2cupspinach leaves
1teaspoonButter
0.5teaspoonSalt
4Eggs
1teaspoonvinegar
1package8 oz. Rondele garlic cheese spread
1vine-ripened tomato, sliced
4slicebrie cheese
1poundham, sliced thinly
1tablespoonchives, chopped
Notes
The addition of vinegar to the poaching water prevents eggs from spreading out. Break each egg into a small bowl. Gently slide eggs one at a time, into simmering vinegar water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, just until set.
