  • 1 tablespoon coarse ground peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoon coarse kosher salt or crushed Hawaiian salt
  • 3 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
