Ingredients  

  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bunch choi sum
  • 4 can 14.5 oz. chicken broth
  • 10 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked, drained and sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • 4 star anise
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon or 3 tbsp. Sriracha chili sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 juice from 1 large lemon
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • salt to taste

  • Chinese peas
  • Bamboo shoots, sliced
  • Star mushrooms
  • Shrimp or chicken, sliced
