Kale and Roasted Chicken Salad
A simple feel good fall salad made with our sweet Maika`i Dried Cranberries and Wasabi Peas bringing some much-wanted heat.

- 2 cup Lacinato or Dino Kale(sliced)
- 0.5 cup Roasted Chicken Breast(sliced)
- 0.25 cup carrots(shredded)
- 4 tablespoon Red Onions(thinly sliced)
- 0.25 cup Maika’i Dried Cranberries
- 0.5 cup Maika’i Organic Asian Sesame Dressing
- 0.25 cup Maika’i Wasabi Peas
