Kim Chee Pancake (Kimchijeon)

A spicy Korean side dish!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup chopped kim chee, approximately 3/4 inch
  • 5 tablespoon kim chee juice
  • 2 green onions, sliced 1 inch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 6 tablespoon vegetable oil

Notes

The pancake can be served as a side dish alone or with a sauce made up of shoyu, sesame oil, vinegar, minced scallion, and sesame seeds.
