Li Hing Cranberry Relish

Chef Brian prepares his favorite Cranberry Relish recipe that is perfect for Thanksgiving. Made with fresh cranberries, pineapple and li hing for a local twist.

Ingredients  

  • 4 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 cup fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Li Hing Powder
  • 4 Pieces star anise
  • 1 package Seedless Li Hing Cherries, chopped

Notes

Sauce can be made up to 5 days in advance.
