Maika'i Kim Chee and Spam Fried Noodles

- 1 pack Crown Chow Mein Noodles
- 1/2 can Spam, cut into strips approximately 1/4" wide
- 1 cup Maika'i Kim Chee, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 2 whole Eggs, fried and chopped
Heat a wok or skillet on high heat. In the meantime, separate the noodles so they are loose and not a big clump.
Add in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the skillet and heat it until you see wisps of smoke.
Add in the noodles and allow them to fry and lightly crisp.
Add in the spam and allow the edges to lightly crisp and caramelize.
Add in the oyster sauce and stir until incorporated.
Add in the kim chee and warm though.
Add in the fried egg and stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Serve immediately.
