Ingredients  

  • 0.5 pound ground pork
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 cup sliced green onions
  • 1.5 cup cabbage(finely chopped)
  • half onion(finely diced)
  • 0.5 package firm tofu(drained and pressed dry)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 egg
  • mandoo skins(60 pieces)
  • vegetable oil(for frying)
  • 0.25 cup shoyu
  • 0.25 cup white vinegar or rice vinegar
  • constarch(as needed)
