Mandoo

- 0.5 pound ground pork
- 0.5 pound ground beef
- 1.5 cup sliced green onions
- 1.5 cup cabbage(finely chopped)
- half onion(finely diced)
- 0.5 package firm tofu(drained and pressed dry)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 egg
- mandoo skins(60 pieces)
- vegetable oil(for frying)
- 0.25 cup shoyu
- 0.25 cup white vinegar or rice vinegar
- constarch(as needed)
