Cuisine Chicken
- 0.25 cup onions, peeled and sliced julienne
- 1 boneless chicken thigh cut into bite-size strips
- 0.125 cup kamaboko (fish cake) cut into strips
- 2 tablespoon mirin
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sake
- 2 tablespoon dashi, you can use scratch or instant. In a bind, chicken stock will work.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch sliced green onions
- 1 dash furikake
- Shichimi togarashi
