Pineapple Bourbon Beef Ribs
Our tangy sauce makes these ribs iresistable

- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 medium onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.5 pineapple, skinned, cored and minced
- 0.5 cup bourbon
- 3 cup ketchup
- 0.5 cup light molasses
- 0.5 cup honey
- 0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
- Ribs
- 2 whole or split beef back ribs racks, about 10 lbs.
- 2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 1"
- 1 bunch celery, chopped 1"
- 1 pound carrots, chopped 1"
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 fresh thyme
- 4 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 2 pale ale bottles
