Ingredients  

  • header Oysters
  • 2 oysters on the half shell, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon shoyu
  • 0.5 teaspoon hot sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 cup Hawaiian salt
  • header Stuffing
  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoon furikake
  • 0.5 pound medium shrimp, cooked and diced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
