Roy’s Rim Fire Shrimp with Pineapple Chili Sauce

Ingredients  

  • header Rim Fire Marinade
  • 0.5 cup oyster sauce
  • 0.25 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 48 black tiger shrimp, 16/20 size
  • header Pineapple Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, finely diced
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1 inch piece of ginger, smashed
  • 2 lemongrass, smashed
  • 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce
  • 2 clove garlic, smashed
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoon water
