- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced into 1/4" cubes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon garlic (3 cloves), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp. dry thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cup whole milk
- 0.666667 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 pound piece of salmon fillet, skin discarded and fish cut into 1" pieces
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
