Ingredients  

  • 5 thin cut pork chops
  • 2 large green onions, cleaned and sliced 1/8 inch
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 0.75 cup cornstarch
  • 2.25 teaspoon fine salt, not iodized
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper or black
  • 2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 red jalapeños, cut into 1/16 inch slices
  • header Marinade
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sherry

Notes

The amounts of salt and pepper can be adjusted to your preference.
