Sesame and Salt Short Rib Rice Paper Wraps

- 2 pounds Maika'i Marinated Sesame & Salt Boneless Beef Short Ribs
- 12 Rice paper, 8 to 10 inch in size
- 1 cup Maika'i Kim Chee, sliced
- 3/4 cup Green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
Simply charbroil or quickly sear short ribs in a skillet pre heated to medium high heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Meat should be medium rare to medium in doneness, or to your preference. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Fill a medium sized mixing bowl with cold water.
Place rice paper in water for approximately 15 seconds, until soft and pliable, remove and place on a cutting board.
In the center area of each piece of rice paper place a portion of shorts ribs, kim chee and green onions, sprinkle with sesame seeds, leaving enough rice paper on the ends to fold and roll wraps.
