Shrimp Salad

- 2 1/2 cups Maika'i Cooked Shrimp, peeled with tail off
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, preferably Kewpie
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 3 teaspoons Lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dill
- Salt to taste
Thaw out the shrimp using the instructions on the bag.
Cut the shrimp and celery into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the shrimp, mayonnaise, celery, lemon pepper and dill.
Serve chilled as is or pair with Maika`i Taro Chips. You can also use the Shrimp Salad as sandwich filling.
