Stir Fried Chicken with Mushrooms and Three Peas
Combination of veggies and chicken and great taste

- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled, minced
- 4 ounce fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed, sliced
- 4 ounce fresh honshimeji or ali`i mushrooms, sliced
- 2 1/2 cup carrots, 1/8" thick, diagonally cut, halved crosswise
- 4 ounce sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 4 ounce Chinese peas, trimmed
- 1 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1 1/2 pound skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2" thick strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 cup green onions, 2" stalks (white and green parts only)
- 2 cup pea sprouts, coarsely chopped (1" segments)
