Stove Top Frittata

A quick, easy and delicious dish for the whole family to enjoy! Top it off with cheese, fresh herbs and even salsa!

Ingredients  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Hamakua Ali'i Mushroom, sliced
  • 5 Ho Farms grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 stalk green onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 0.25 cup Portuguese sausage, diced, 1/4 inch
  • 2 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, cracked into a bowl and whisked

Notes

Frittata can be made with any combination of meats and vegetables. If you find that your frittata likes to stick to the pan, make sure your pan is not scratched and spray the pan with pan release. To dress up the frittata, you can garnish with more cheese, fresh herbs and even salsa.
