  • 1 tablespoon English dry mustard
  • 1 whole beef brisket, 7.5-8 lbs., fat trimmed to 1/8-1/4"
  • 2 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • header Mop
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
