- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry or whiskey
- 0.5 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash sriracha
- 0.5 cup water
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 fish sauce
- 1 small garlic clove(finely minced)
- 3 Thai chili(thinly sliced)
- fresh and cold Manoa lettuce heads with big leaves
- cilantro sprigs
- Japanese cucumber(sliced into slivers)
- bean sprouts
- mint leaves
