Ingredients

  • 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 3 Envy apples, peeled, cored, cut to 1/2 inch slices
  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.333333 cup light brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 6 tablespoon chilled butter, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
