Tahitian Style Poisson Cru is a dish I learned how to make a few years ago from my mother-in-law. She is 100% Tahitian, born and raised in Mo'orea, Tahiti. This recipe is well known to her family and in French Polynesia. She makes this dish for every family gathering and the flavors of the fish, the island vegetables, and coconut milk, bring back a lot of memorable times here in the islands.
