Cuisine Pork
- 1 pound Ground pork
- 2 packages Sun Noodle Gyoza Wraps
- 1 16 oz. Container of Bale's Pickled Vegetables (daikon and carrots)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Neutral oil
- Cilantro (optional)
- Maui Chili Chili Oil (optional)
Chop 1/3 of the pickled vegetables.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped pickled vegetables, eggs, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Tip: To check the taste/seasoning of the pork mixture, take a small chunk and microwave in a bowl until it’s thoroughly cooked.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the ground pork mixture onto each gyoza wrap.
In a pan on high heat, add oil and pan sear meat side down until golden brown. Then, flip and sear the other side until crispy. Set aside.
Top with more pickled vegetables.
Optional: Garnish with cilantro and/or top with Maui Chili Chili Oil to give it heat.
