Ingredients  

  • 2 Premium Choice Certified Angus Beef® filet mignon, each about 1" thick
  • 2 bacon (do not use thick cut)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • unit Kosher or sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Notes

For added flavor, top filets with a tablespoon each of crumbled Gorgonzola or a pat of butter.
