Ingredients  

  • 1.5 pound 80/20 ground beef
  • 0.75 cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • 8 slice thick-cut, applewood-smoked bacon (or your favorite bacon), cooked
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 4 unit Kaiser rolls, lightly toasted
  • 4 Manoa Lettuce
  • 8 slice Vine-ripened Hamakua Tomato
  • 4 slice Maui Onion
  • Dijon Mustard or Dijonaise

Notes

Serve with BBQ sauce or avocado on the side.
