Fried Saimin

- 2 packages Ichiban Saimin (chicken or shrimp)
- 1/2 can Spam (sliced)
- 1 package Kamaboko (sliced)
- 3 Eggs, scrambled omelet style (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil
In a pot, boil water and add two packs of saimin noodles. Let the noodles cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds then strain noodles.
Shock noodles in ice bath, then strain again and let them air dry.
Pre-heat frying pan with oil then stir fry the sliced Spam and Kamaboko.
Add noodles and two packets of the saimin soup base to the pan and mix together.
Season noodles with pepper.
Beat eggs in a bowl and make a thin omelet in a separate pan. Let the eggs cool and slice into strips.
Garnish dish with eggs and green onions.
