Fold in the imitation crab, half the shredded cheese, and half the furikake.
Spread mixture evenly into an oven-safe 8x8-inch baking dish (or similar).
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, then top with the rest of the furikake.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden around the edges.
(Optional) Drizzle lightly with unagi sauce for a touch of sweetness.
Serve hot with Maika‘i wonton chips, taro chips, or tortilla chips.
