- 3 pound chicken thighs, boneless, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1.5 cup flour
- 0.5 cup cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- header Garlic sauce
- 2 cup Aloha shoyu (Aloha is less salty)
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped garlic
- 0.5 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
