Gooey Cheeseburger

Ingredients  

  • 4 May’s Hawaiian Style Beef Patties
  • 1 jar Maika’i Nacho Queso
  • 1 bottle Ken’s 1000 Island
  • 1 bag Maika’i Salt & Vinegar Kettle Chips
  • Oroweat Onion Hamburger Buns

Instructions 

  • Preheat your grill, or you can use a cast iron pan if needed.
  • Melt nacho cheese in a small pot over low heat.
  • Grill burgers until they are well done.
  • Toast both sides of bun on grill.
  • Spread 1000 Island dressing on bottom bun.
  • Place burger patty on bun, drizzle nacho cheese on top. Cover with chips and place bun on top.
  • (Optional) Add Avocado, Red Leaf Lettuce, Kamuela Tomatoes, Red Onions, Pickles to your liking.
