Grilled Kimchi Crab

- 3 pounds Crab legs
- 6 ounces Momoya Kim Chee Base
- 2 tablespoons Garlic minced
- 2 Limes zested and juiced
- 1 cup Butter
Cut butter into small pieces and put in a small pot on low heat. Let cook on low until the fat bubbles and separates. Remove fat leaving a clear butter. Put to the side to chill.
Combine kim chee base, minced garlic, and lime juice. Set one tablespoon of this kim chee marinade aside.
Place crab legs in a Ziploc bag with remaining mixture and let marinate overnight.
Mix the one tablespoon of previously set aside kim chee marinade with the clarified butter.
Grill crab legs basting with marinade for around 10 minutes.
Plate with kim chee butter and limes for garnish.
