Hamakua Mushroom Bruschetta
Prepared with local Hawaii mushrooms, this Hamakua Mushroom Bruschetta is an excellent appetizer to share!
- header Mushroom Mixture
- 8 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large shallot, minced
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 3 pound Hamakua mushrooms, chopped
- 4 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- header Bread
- 2 loaf sourdough bread
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and sliced (large clove)
