Kimono Mom’s Tomato Salad with Japanese Dressing

- 2 Ripe tomatoes cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 Onion finely diced
- 1 tablespoon Kimono Mom UMAMI SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 pinches Salt
- Green herbs (optional)
Core the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Finely dice the onion and sprinkle salt. Let sit for a few minutes, then rinse under cold running water and squeeze out excess liquid thoroughly.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Kimono Mom UMAMI SAUCE, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until well combined.
Arrange the tomatoes and onion on a serving platter. Drizzle with the dressing just before serving and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
