Ingredients  

  • 2 pound Premium Choice Certified Angus Beef® Boneless Chuck Roast or Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 medium sized round onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 medium sized carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4 celery, chopped
  • 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
