Mango Sticky Rice

- 1 cup Uncooked sticky rice
- 1 can Coconut milk (13.5 oz.)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 large Mango
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Cook sticky rice according to package directions.
While the rice is cooking start on the coconut sauce. Add coconut milk and sugar to a small saucepan set over medium high heat. Heat through until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened. Reserve ΒΌ cup of coconut sauce.
Once the rice has finished cooking, remove from the pot and add to a bowl. Pour the reserved coconut sauce into the rice and mix to combine.
Peel and slice the mango.
Serve sticky rice with sliced mango and drizzle the coconut sauce over. Top with sesame seeds and ENJOY!
