Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup Uncooked sticky rice
- 1 can Coconut milk (13.5 oz.)
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 large Mango
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook sticky rice according to package directions.
- While the rice is cooking start on the coconut sauce. Add coconut milk and sugar to a small saucepan set over medium high heat. Heat through until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has thickened. Reserve ¼ cup of coconut sauce.
- Once the rice has finished cooking, remove from the pot and add to a bowl. Pour the reserved coconut sauce into the rice and mix to combine.
- Peel and slice the mango.
- Serve sticky rice with sliced mango and drizzle the coconut sauce over. Top with sesame seeds and ENJOY!
