Pineapple Sorbet

- 1 cup Pineapple
- 1 cup Ice
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup Ginger
- ½ cup Agave or sugar of your choice
- Li Hing Powder
Peel and cube ginger into 1-inch pieces.
To make the ginger simple syrup, combine equal parts ginger, sugar of your choice, and water into a saucepan. Heat on medium high and stir until it starts to boil.
Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes, set aside to cool on countertop or in refrigerator.
Peel and cut your fresh pineapple.
To make the sorbet, combine equal parts pineapple and ice into a blender, add agave to sweetness of your preference and blend together.
Top the sorbet with ginger simple syrup and Li Hing powder, to your desire.
Serve and eat right away. Enjoy!
