Fried rice made extra tasty by the addition of this Hawaiian dried beef

Ingredients  

  • 0.25 cup peanut oil
  • 3 cup cooked white rice, day old, dried out uncovered in the fridge
  • 0.5 cup green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 cup pipikaula, diced
  • 0.5 cup bay shrimp
  • 0.5 cup lup cheong, portuguese sausage or chorizo, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoon soy sauce, dark preferred
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • unit salt and pepper, to taste
