  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded 1/2 inch strips
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 3 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 pound pork butt, cut 1 inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas
  • Salt & pepper to taste
