Roasted Hoisin-Glazed Sweet Potatoes
These sweet potatoes are spicy and sweet with a kick of ginger!

- 2 pound sweet potatoes, cut into wedges or 1-1/2 inch chunks(yams)
- 2 tablespoon shoyu(soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 0.25 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoon kochujang or sriracha
- 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds(as needed)
- 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced(for garnish)
